VULBOND S-75GN/F150 is used as vulcanizing agent in natural and synthetic rubbers. It has excellent dispersion ability and most suitable for NBR foam pipes, foam board and other low hardness articles.

 

It is particularly favorable for articles requiring shorter mixing time, can be evenly dispersed into rubber matrix without the problem of partial spots in over-vulcanized state. VULBOND S-75GN/F150 gets rid of agglomeration from sulfur itself and will not cause uneven dispersion especially to the soft and light colored rubber compounds.
