Off white to beige granules; it shows very rapid cure rate but extremely scorch-safe characteristics. Mainly applications are tires, conveyor belts, hoses and the goods cured via any compression or injection molding at higher temperature.

 

The vulcanization speed is slow when VULBOND DTDM-80GE/F120A used alone. It is normally used together with thiazole, thiuram or dithiocarbamate to improve the curing speed. Little sulfur addition been recommended.

 

VULBOND DTDM-80GE/F120A is non-staining, non-discoloring, non-blooming and disperse easily.
