Grey powder with a good delayed action accelerator that provides considerably longer scorch time, great processing safety and fast full cure. Mainly used in tires, rubber shoes, cable and other rubber articles. It can be used with secondary accelerators such as TMTD, to replace MBTS/DPG system.

 

VULBOND CBS-80GE/F120A may also used in EPDM and NBR as the primary accelerator, giving good scorch delay and fast cure rate. It can be used as the basis for efficient vulcanization system in combination with high levels of secondary accelerators, such as thiurams and dithiocarbamate, in obtaining better heat-aging resistance and lower compression set value.
