Light yellow powder, it is widely used in various applications such as industrial rubber parts, shoes sole, hoses, rollers automobile parts, etc, with the acts as a retarder to non-sulfur modified chloroprene rubber.

 

VULBOND MBTS-75GE/F120A is also acting as mild peptizer for natural rubbers, offering acceptable processing safety and moderate curing rate with flat plateau curing curve. It shows dynamic activity at temperatures above 138C. Zinc Oxide, flatty acid and sulfur are often required to take part in the reaction.

 

It can be activated by secondary accelerator such as thiuram and guanidine in speeding up cure rate and higher tensile stress. It is non-staining and non-discoloring.
